Many believe it is difficult to lose weight fast but I have found a way to lose 20 pounds in 30 days using a liquid diet. The nice thing about a liquid diet is that you will lose weight fast by using a variety of 100 calorie meals.

The diet, consisting of protein powder meals give you plenty of variety consisting of bars, shakes, pudding, chilli, oatmeal, soups, snacks, and cold drinks. For this reason, the different product keep you satisfied and keep you on the diet.

By eating a large variety of liquid diet products such as bars, shakes, chilli, cocoa, oatmeal, snacks, and soups you will be satisfied and stay on this diet.

The concept that causes people to lose weight fast and not to be hungry is ketosis. Mild ketosis causes the body to lose fat for energy and is safe.

One of the first things that a dieter will notice is that they are not hungry after about two days on this diet since there body will go into mild ketosis. The reason for the mild ketosis is that the dieter is limiting their amount of carbohydrates to under 100 grams per day. Esentially the amount of protein equals the amount of carbohydrates.

In order to lose weight fast it is recommended that the person exercise at least 30 minutes per day in order to increase the metabolism and fat burn. This can be done by easy walking only 30 minutes per day.

This diet is called a 5 and 1 diet since the dieter is eating 5 liquid protein meals and one "lean and green" meal made up of lean protein, such as chicken, fish, and turkey, and a green salad or cup of steamed vegetables.

I know people who have lost 10 pounds the first week on this diet and 20 pounds per month. It is doable as long as you follow the diet.
